ENCOURAGING YOUNG MINDS TO GROW
For 20 years the Girls in the Middle Conference has been a hands-on conference for 6th, 7th and 8th grade girls to learn more about science, technology, engineering and math careers. In 2019 the program was expanded to include 5th graders as well as a focus on the Arts, moving from STEM to STEAM. Through the generous support of our sponsors and presenters we encourage the bright minds of middle school girls to push towards STEAM paths.

Every March we host the annual Girls in the Middle Conference. This is a full day of fun, hands-on workshops for 5th-8th grade girls to learn from women who work in STEAM fields.
